How to add a custom class to the CLASSPATH for Stylus xQuery engine to find it

I am trying to create my first external JAVA function to be called from within an xQuery.
I am using information I found at:
http://media.datadirect.com/download/docs/ddxquery/allddxq/reference/wwhelp/wwhimpl/common/html/wwhelp.htm?context=Reference&file=functions2.html
My problem is that the Stylus xQuery engine does not seem to find the custom class and I don't seem to find where and how to add it to it CLASSPATH.
Changing the Windows CLASSPATH environment variable did not seem to help.
Please find my resources (xquery, class, java, screen captures) in the attached ZIP.
Many thanks for any help.

I was actually able to run my xQuery by adding a ZIP containing my class using Project/SetClassPath.
I am wondering how it will work when I will want to run my xQuery outside of Stylus Studio, though.
