Dennis FrenchSubject: Mysql to XML
Author: Dennis French

I am looking into using Stylus Studio on a project. I was excited about seeing the DB to XML and understand it is not supported any longer. I am new to XML, XSL so I might be over looking something. I am able to bring MySQL into XQuery, but how do I convert a MySQL table to an XML file for mapping and so forth?

Thanks
Dennis

Hi Dennis

Please have a look at the video tutorial at
http://www.xquery.com/videos/datadirectxquery/ddxq1a.html

It is based on Microsoft SQLServer but the concepts also apply to MySQL

Hope this helps
