Hi i get an unterminated element declaration when i try validate my xml and dtd.

could somebody take a look at my dtd to make sure its correctly set up?

There are many fine tools available for the creation of DTDs, including
Stylus Studio, on whose support forum you have posted this question.

You don't understand the proper syntax of DTDs; it is recommended that
if you are going to create them by hand, you should have a copy of the
specification close by.

For example, searching at http://www.w3.org/TR/xml quickly shows that
#REQUIRED is only used for attributes, not elements. The same is true
for #IMPLIED.

Elements use the presence or absence of wildcard characters to denote
cardinality, such as ? + and *.
