Hi,

We were using Trial Version of Stylus Studio Enterprise Edition build 1050d.

A week after, we purchased license and installed the key but Studio is giving error 'License Authentication Failed'.

Can you please tell us what is the problem?

In order to authenticate, Stylus Studio needs to contact the
license server. Is the computer in question connected to the
internet? Is there a firewall that could be blocking it?

Also, which version of Windows (Vista or XP) and which version
of Stylus Studio?
