Adding a file you need to choose a "Module", but if I add a .bat file, no module fits the bill. Probably a Text file module would suffice.

I like the idea of having a project contain all relavant files.

Hi Bob,
if you add a file of an unsupported type to a project using the "Add File To Project" menu, and you don't specify an editor, the Java editor is used.
