I see MarkLogic Integration is available with the Professional Edition. Is it available with the Enterprise Edition?

And the document I have does not explain where to get the MarkLogic server and password stuff when I go to File/Open/WebDav. Does that come from MarkLogic?

The integration with MarkLogic has been discontinued starting with Stylus Studio 2007 build 735f; if you are using a previous version, you can enter username and password by selecting the WebDAV file system and then clicking on the Choose Server button in the upper right corner of the dialog.

It now being 2009, is it now possible to reverse this and get MarkLogic back? What would it take? My company is now using MarkLogic, and I'd much rather use Stylus than Oxygen

There are no plans at this point to (re)introduce support for MarkLogic in Stylus Studio.
