Peter CiuffettiSubject: xsl:copy outputs garbage nodes
Author: Peter Ciuffetti

Hello,

I am using Stylus v2.0 (2.0.08) and its having problems with an XML input file. Different sytlesheets I have tried on it have all produced garbage output nodes in the middle of the document.

The document parses OK with different tools (eXcelon Explorer, IE5, XmlSpy). I tried a very simple 'identity transformation' stylesheet and even this exhibits the problem. Attached are the input file and the stylesheet.

Thanks,

I can't reproduce this with 2.0.08 or 2.0.10. Can you select File | Save stylesheet output as and post the result?

Attached is the XML output created by my version of Stylus using the files attached in the first message.

It does not output a well-formed XML file.

I just downloaded Stylus 2.0.1 and the problem seems to have gone away...

Thanks,
