Can you tell us more about your environment? XML is simply a representation language, and doesn't play video o show images, it can only reference the source URL using some tags.

I have done out the xml and xsl.. But is not how i want it to display.I want to do something like youtube,where went select any video clip as shown, it will display in the middle where the rest of the video clips would be displayed at the side.

Could you show me what should be added in the codes?

At this point you need to write some HTML and JavaScript; add an onclick_ attribute to the img tag that calls a Javascript method that changes the adjacent frame.
You can also inspect the HTML that YouTube uses for further inspiration.
