Jamil TaylorSubject: How To Transform Xml To Html That Contains Quotes
Author: Jamil Taylor
Date: 21 Jun 2007 07:05 PM
I have created two small mock-ups to demonstrate the problem I am encountering. I wish to replace newlines with breaks in my xml transformation. However, the lines contain single quotes that I wish to preserve in the output.

My desired html output is the following:

LINE 1
LINE 2
'HELLO WORLD'
LINE 4

However, I am receiving this instead:

LINE 1
LINE 2
'HELLO WORLD'
LINE 4

Does anyone know how I can resolve this this?

I am using Stylus Studio Enterprise R2, build 894i.

Thanks.

Interesting. It only happens with the .Net XslTransform.
You can try the .Net XslCompiledTransform, and meanwhile,
we'll take a look under the hood.

Thank you.

It had not occurred to me that the issue had to do with my selected processor.
