Anne YatesSubject: Repeated Fields in XML
Author: Anne Yates

Hi,
I have an XML document of wedding photos. Each photo can have many people. How do I get the XSL to select all the person fields for each photo? Right now it selects only the first.

Please see attached files.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Applicationwedding.xml

Unknownwedding.dtd

Try this

<xsl:for-each order-by="+ @phase" select="wedding/photo">
<tr>
<td><xsl:value-of select="@phase"/></td>
<td><xsl:value-of select="description"/></td>
<td>
<xsl:for-each select="person">
<xsl:value-of select="text()"/>
<xsl:text> </xsl:text>
</xsl:for-each>
<xsl:value-of select="group"/>
<xsl:value-of select="object"/>
</td>
</tr>
</xsl:for-each>
