Is there a thread or KB about upgrading to a new release (r2)? I have modified the catalog and added other schema's.

You shouldn't need to do anything to upgrade 2007 Release 2; the installation will default to a different folder than 2007 Release 1. Release 2 is backward compatible with previous version's projects, as long as the old SQL/XML RDBMS connectivity, or Berkeley DB XML are not used.

Preferences controlled through Tools > Options will need to be re-applied.

Well I had to Add-Remove Release 1 (My Choice)
Install Release 2.
Re-enter the catalog changes and bring over my XSD|DTD files so this version could use them.
Put in all my setting again.

Too bad there is not a better upgrade path.
