Re-usable XML Schema

I created a UML model in a CASE tool (Sparxsystem Enterprise Architect) which transformed the model to the w3c XML Schema:
<xs:schema xmlns:xs="
http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
<xs:element name="FullName" type="FullName"/>
<xs:complexType name="FullName">
<xs:sequence>
<xs:element name="FirstName" type="xs:string" minOccurs="0"/>
<xs:element name="Surname" type="xs:string" minOccurs="0"/>
</xs:sequence>
</xs:complexType>
</xs:schema>
But I was advised that this Schema is not re-usable and that I need to declare all the elements globally.
Can I convert this XSD to the right one in Stylus Studio and how do I achieve this.
Thank you in anticipation

Hi Segun,
The schema portion you have posted seems perfecly re-usable.
If you need to re-use the sub-element "FirstName" and "Surname" in other definitions the you will need to make them global.
The Stylus Stuio Schema Editor can help you to re-factor a local defintion into a global definition.

Hope this helps
