I Attached a warning file from environment canada that I would like to parse into an XML file. Here is an part of it that gives me problems with the converter:

OMNI_INITIALS=CARLSEN
OMNI_DISCUSSION="
UN FRONT FROID ENVAHIT L'OUEST DU MANITOBA CE MATIN. AVEC LA FORTE
HUMIDITE DEJA PRESENTE ET UN FORT COURANT JET EN ALTITUDE, DES ORAGES
VIOLENTS SONT POSSIBLES. DE LA GROSSE GRELE ET DES VENTS DESTRUCTEURS
SONT LES PRINCIPAUX RISQUES.
"
BULLETIN_TEXT_STATUS=COMPLETE

So how do I get the OMNI_DISCUSSION into a tag like <OMNI_DISCUSSION>"</OMNI_DISCUSSION> without having to create a new region as I can't assume the OMNI_DISCUSSION will be on the same row?

Also attached is one of the converters I tried to make do this.

The best way to handle this is by post-processing with XSLT
and using positional grouping.

The private email I sent to you included this.
(I hope it reached you!)
