I want to make a project in oil industry but I don't know what must make. I don't want a site web for Internet. I want a soft for an refinery for the calculation of anything(volume or anything else)

Thanks, but I don't seek I soft, because all these I already have found.
I want an idea about what I can make with XML in oil industry.
I don't want make a soft(logiciel) for Internet (like company-to-company or company-to-customer).

I want a soft who might use inside the refinery for to calculation, by example temperature, stoc, etc. Something like that. I want details
