I get an error "Base type could not be found" when I am validating an XML Schema and when validating an xml document generated from the schema. The generated xml document does contain elements which are subtypes of the base type that can not be found (see below).

Are there any know errors in this area?

Is there an email-address where I can send the XML Schema documents and sample XML Schema?

The XML Schema and documents generated from it do pass validation in another XML Editor.

I should add that I am able to navigate to the base type in the XSD Diagram - it is just the validation that fails.
