This was working a while ago and maybe has started since installing Stylus Studio although I'm not sure if that caused it. I was previously experimenting with XML and was able to open local xml files in IE just fine.

I also ran the following test:

Open this URL in IE:
http://www.w3schools.com/xsl/cdcatalog.xml

Displays just fine.

Then copy the source to my own local file and try to open it. Nothing displays. Again, in Stylus studio I get the email message mentioned above when trying to "Preview" the file.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?
Thanks,
Kurt

So I ran regsvr32 msxml3.dll and the problem is fixed.
