You can use Stylus Studio's XML Schema diagram to have a graphical representation of your XML Schema. If with "model" you are referring to UML, Coad-Yurdon or others, there are utilities that suggest possible equivalent conversions, but nothing normative.

Thanks Minollo, how about the schema does that seem ok?

What might try and do from using the diagram is create an XML Schema Model in a package called QSEE SuperLite as might make it little bit easier for me to understand.

The schema looks fine; it's a valid XML Schema...

Ok thats good then. Changed mind im just going to print out the schema diagram and annotate it accordinly. I may just post it up once ive finished to see if someone could check to see if i have annotated it correctly.
