I checked the feature matrix to see which versions supported XSLT debugging and then downloaded the Home edition since all versions support it.

Now when I select Start Debugging from the Debugging menu there is a runtime exception reported, "You are not licensed to use the StylusFileFactory API"

So does it support debugging?

Hi Jim,

XSLT debugging is part of the Home Edition features.

Which build number are you running?
If it is not 377m please download the latest version.

is there a possibility that you are trying to use an XSLT created with a different Stylus Studio Edition?

If your style-sheet is making use of any kind of adapters (Stylus Studio URI-Resolver) it will not run in Home Edition.

Could you try with "c:\Program Files\Stylus Studio 6 XML Home Edition\examples\simpleMappings\sampleBooksToCatalog.xsl"?

Working now.. could have been beacuse of previously trying the Enterprise Edition.
