In the given example i can´t access the node <xsd:complexTypes> in the wsdl-file. During the transformation of the wsdl-file with the xsl-file, the template "xsd:complexType" never will been called.

The match rule is wrong

<xsl:template match="complexTypes">

change it to

<xsl:template match="xsd:complexTypes">
