Today my StylusStudio Pro v.6.3 launch was blocked by a Windows Installer window that hangs. I saw information on the site about using msicuu2, the Windows installer clean-up utility. I used that utility to remove Office Professional 2003. The Windows Installer window still hangs when I try to start StylusStudio. I now have no way of using StylusStudio. Have you found some workaround for this? Thanks, Joanne

The one you tried is the only known solution; but you need to find the application that has corrupted the Windows Installer registry (which, evidently, is not Office 2003).

Typical applications that create this kind of problems are old MS Office installations, MS Outlook or even Pervasive SQL...
