Hi Ranjan,

The XSLT processot should serialize the entity value automatically.
Assume to have the following XML input

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<root>< my text ></root>

the following XSLT

<?xml version='1.0'?>
<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0" xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform">
<xsl:output method="text"/>
<xsl:template match="/">
<xsl:value-of select="root"/>
</xsl:template>
</xsl:stylesheet>

the result is:

< my text >

Hope this helps
