I have an registered version of stylus studio 6.1.XX after upgrading 50 6r2 build 287i, the WebService caller stopped working. Each time I try to open the WSDL file I get an I/O error encountered problem. This is happening on the google api as well. Opening the WSDL file gave no problem both in Stylus and IE. Stylus shows the WSDLs are well-formed.

Ivan PedruzziSubject: Webservice caller stopped working

Hi Ilja,

Thank you for reporting this problem.

Stylus Studio is currently using HTTP verb HEAD to detect the URL existence but unfortunately the Google web server is return 404 (document not found)

<personal-speculation>
Most likely because the cover the server is re-directing the request to some other address.
</personal-speculation>

We have now changed our code to not rely on the HEAD command.
The fix will be available with the next update for the end of the month.

Hope this helps
