Currently, when you select all, it goes to the top of the document.
So after I've worked the document a little, then select all, copy, paste,
I then have to go find my spot again. It'd be nice if select all left
the window scrolled to its original position.

To alleviate the problem you could use a bookmark (CTRL+F2) then F2 to jump to it
