How is the default selected element in the “Choose root element” dropdown on the ”Associate XML Document with XML Schema/DTD” dialog chosen? As it does not default to the schema files true root element.

Unfortunately the schema doesn't provide such information, so we have to
guess it. The element that is selected is a top-level element definition
that is not listed as a children of any other top-level element definition.
