Hi,

please have a look at the following XML file:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
<!DOCTYPE root [
<!ENTITY % YN '"Yes"'>
<!ENTITY WhatHeSaid "He said %YN;">
<!ELEMENT root EMPTY>
]>
<root/>

SS is not able to check wellformedness of this document:
FATAL ERROR: PE refs are not allowed inside markup in the internal subset

But the XML file contains an example from
"Extensible Markup Language (XML) 1.0 (Third Edition)"
(http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/REC-xml-20040204/#inliteral)
