(Deleted User) Subject: xml encoding - default
Author: (Deleted User)

Does Stylus have a means for specifying the default XML encoding when I create and save a document.

Suppose I use file/new/XML document and enter
my XML document without entering the processing instruction at the beginning.

When I save it, how is the encoding determined?

Thanks!

Unless you specify any additional information (through the menu
functionality or in the XML PI), the default is UTF-8.
