Chris LongfieldSubject: Source Control Docs
Author: Chris Longfield

I am very happy to see source control functionality being added; it will be a big improvement for our overall development process. However, a search reveals no documentation on the use of this new feature, and when I try to experiment with its use I get an empty pick list (I suppose I'll have to import my own source control extension :)

Any pointers?

ionality in Stylus Studio; the documentation will be reviewed in the
next major new version of Stylus Studio, not in this one (it's a matter of
resources currently allocated elsewhere).

We will do our best to help you on this forum. If you are running BL63
(Beta 4) have you tried using the Project Wizard "open project from SCC"?
What SCC system are you using?

Hi Chris,
if you see an empty combo box, it means that you don't have any Visual
Studio-compliant source control system. Depending on the source control
server you want to access, you need to install the right client. For
instance, if your data is in a SourceSafe repository, you can install the
SourceSafe client or SourceOffSite; if you use ClearCase, you need to
install the Attache client; if you use CVS, you can use the Zeus-CVS product.

Hope this helps,

Alberto
