Hi:

Does the Xquery Feature work for databases residing on web servers (separate machines from Stylus Studio)? Would this feature be available on both Professional and Enterprise versions?

Yes, DataDirect XQuery, only available on enterprise edition, can access relational data sources on remote servers as well as calling out web services.
