Ron ZimmermanSubject: description fields within adapters
Author: Ron Zimmerman

Is there a way to handle lfcr's within a record? Certain description type fields often have lfcr's within the field causing the adapter to handle it as a new line. Is there a way around this?

From looking carefully at the file, it looks like each record
ends in LF, but the line breaks in the middle of the fields are
CR+LF.

Try making the 'escape' character CR, and the end-of-line character
LF, and see if that works.
