Sean MacLellanSubject: Provide support in Stylus API for doctype and namespace
Author: Sean MacLellan

When converting from something (EDI X12, EDIFACT, CSV or whatever) to XML via the Stylus API provide a way to specify a doctype (DTD or Schema) for the output XML.

Also, in the same situation, provide a way to specify the XML namespace for the elements in the output XML.

There is a strong possibility the next release of Stylus Studio
will include namespace prefix and uri support.

There is a slightly less strong possibility of schema support,
but only slightly less ;).
