I don't see a way to run the XML diff from the command line? If its not
in there that would a great feature. Just something like
StylusDiff file/dir1 file/dir2

You are correct, there is no way to do that now; we are aware that this
would be useful, and the item is on our to-do list.

Stylus Studio 6.1 will ship a command line utility to run XMLDiff

when using the -best switch, is there a way to turn off the popup dialog window that occurs when it hits a somewhat larger XML document?
