I had a hard disk crash a few weeks ago and don't have the activation key for the home version I bought a couple of years ago. I had recovered the install exe and reinstalled it, but it locked me out after a few days. I have been watching chat to talk to someone, but there is never anyone there. Is there a way to get my activation key again?
