Ashish MukherjiSubject: HTML to XSLT
Author: Ashish Mukherji

I am evaluating version Stylus studio 2010 XML Enterprise Suite for large project . I have downloaded the evaluation version.

An important evaluation criteria is to be easily be able to convert 1500 MS Word (or HTML) documents to XSLT. It appeared from the videos website that the WYSIWYG XSLT design is what I need.

But I learnt that the WYSIWYG component has been retired a few years ago, and replaced with the new XML Publisher editor (http://www.stylusstudio.com/xml/publisher.html).

Is there a way in the current I can .accomplish this in the same way I could with the old WYSIWYG tool (i.e. load my HTML document, view it and make changes, save it to generate XSLT?)

You prompt response is apprecited.

Ash

Hi Ash,
unfortunately you cannot start an XML Report document by loading an existing XSLT or HTML document.

Sorry,
Alberto
