Neal WaltersSubject: Topic is truncated when doing a search?
Author: Neal Walters
Date: 09 Mar 2005 04:47 PM
In the forum, when I search for messages containing some subject,
the "topics" are truncated to about 25 characters when I have
plenty of room on my screen to display 50 or more characters.
This means that I have to click and open a lot of messages to
find out if they are "on topic" or not.

Is there a "get around".

Thanks,
Neal

If you switch from Tree to List view, you can see the whole topic
title. Try closing the tree by clicking the little (X) icon to the
right of the "Conferences" title.

From List view, there is a button to switch you back to Tree view.
