  Subject: convert sql statement into xml statement

I have the following SQL query which returns the data I need to map to an xsd document..I have reviewed the Xquery tutorial and am having trouble starting the conversion to an xml query. Here is the sql query:

My question is :
is there a tool that will convert this to an xml query? Or, can you give me pointers on how to get started?
