Hello,
I am struggling to produce correct XML with namespace out of XML without namespace.
Either I get the namespace or I get the correct data from the input file, but not both.
See attached ZIP with input, xquery, desired result, actual result.

if you override the default namespace all your XPath expressions fails. Using a namespace prefix, see solution below
