I have a table with 5 columns. Each column has data that is looped for-each. I need to have the 4th column to be the total of the multiplication from column 1 and column 3. How can I achieve that?

Cases | Name | QTY | Total
2 | Product A | 2 | 4
4 | Product A | 4 | 16
2 | Product A | 2 | 4

What should I do to get the Total: 4, 16 and 4?
