Beth BeggsSubject: Help with XML.Report and Generated XSLT--Please
Author: Beth Beggs

Hello,
I am new to Stylus Studio and XSLT, but I'm trying very hard to accomplish something that sounds very straight-forward. I'm sure that I've missed something obvious. Please help me.

I'm attaching a sample .xml file. I want to create a new XML.report file, generate the .xsl file, and view the results in my browser window--or create an html file.

Each time, the Preview window shows me exactly what I want to see, but don't know how to display a print-out or browser view of the result document. What can I do?

Document1Trial.xml
xml encoded "essay"

Document1Results.report
The generated report

DocumentLateNIght.xsl
The generated .xsl file

Hi Beth,
I am not sure about what you need, but maybe it's simply that the source XML is already associated with a different XSLT (Sunday_Evening.xsl).
Have you tried changing the second line of the XML to be

<?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="LateNight.xsl"?>

and load it in your browser?

Alberto
