When attempting to convert a DTD to a schema, all I get is an empty schema file.

Any ideas?

Because your DTD is unicode; the DTD to XML Schema converter doesn't
support Unicode; try saving your DTD as utf-8, and things will work fine.

I used StylusStudio to generate and save the DTD externally, and it generates the DTD as unicode. How does one change the default setting in Stylus Studio.

Either change the "ucs-2" encoding into "utf-8" in the XMl PI before saving
the DTD from Studio, or (if running 3.1) select Edit|Change Encoding and
choose the Utf-8, and then save the document.
