You mean MSXML JScript extensions using the {msxml:script}? In that case,
yes if you are using the latest 3.1 beta release (debugging of scripts will
be available in the upcoming beta build).

In both 3.0 and 3.1 beta we also support Java extensions, in a way
equivalent to what Xalan-J does.

We are currently not supporting any other proposed script extension grammar
to XSLT (until a standard will become available in XSLT 2.0).
