Can I get some help with this? We seem to be at an impasse. This has been going on and on.
1 WestJet buys Stylus Studio Professional in early Feb 2007
2 WestJet then buys upgrade to Enterprise Edition within 30 Days and also buys AUP for same
3 Now within the 1 year time period WestJet is trying to exercise the AUP for 2008 Release of Stylus Studio Enterprise version but Stylus Studio is not providing the KEY for same. On this site I posted and was directed to the AUP key providing screen which did not recognize my Key as valid for upgrade. RegNOw then provided a Key for 2008 Professional version but noth the Enterprose version.
REGNOW says they can not help. All my previous messages and phone calls to email@example.com have gone unanswered.
I would like to get this resolved.
