Adam Van den HovenSubject: An annoyance... Sensex and string values
Author: Adam Van den Hoven
Date: 20 Feb 2003 06:43 PM
I'm not sure if anyone has commented on this before but the following was a bit of a pain to get down:
{xsl:variable name="strFindBranch" select="'Find a Branch'" /}

The when I hit the 'a' in 'Find a Branch' the SenseX tries to help out, even though I'm writing a string, which it should know. typing 'a' space inserts 'ancestor-or-self::' which is not what I wanted. Even if it didn't put that in there its distracting visual clutter.

If there was a way for the SenseX to realize what I'm doing and not show up unless its valuable, that would make me delirious (or rather more so than now).

Also, if SenseX could be more contextually aware and only give me xsl:when and xsl:otherwise if i just wrote xsl:choose, that would put me over the moon.

So to speak.

Adam
