Hans-Peter KüchlerSubject: Beta 4.0.83c: difference between SS and Xalan-J
Author: Hans-Peter Küchler

Hello, I've found a difference between the output of SS and Xalan-J and I hope that SS is right. In the ZIP file are the files for showing the difference. There is a project file with one XSL file. The XSL file have a scenario "Debug" and a scenario "XalanJ". The output of "Debug" is different from the output of "XalanJ". Who is right?

Another minor question is: Why shows the output window the generated text in different colors, even if the xsl:output method is "text"?

best regards, Hans-Peter Küchler

Seems to be a bug in XalanJ; we will verify that and let them know if needed.

I can only mention technical reasons; there is no real reason from the user
point of view for doing that. I'm filing a bug for this.

Thanks.
