3.1u the File | Open dialog does allow standard Window Explorer operations like cut/copy/paste files/folders, rename files/folders, etc. Not a major issue, but definitely an inconvenience...

Hi Roy,
we are aware of the first limitation (you can rename items by clicking with
the mouse on an item already selected); we'll definitively file a PCR, but
I cannot forecast when it will be implemented, being a minor issue.
