Hi,
I am having problems with the attached file when loaded into the mapper.
Starting with the queryTroubleTicketsResponse node.
It does not expand the response node so that I can map to its children.

If you open up the file in the XSD editor and look at the the tree, you can expand only so far and then when you get to the troubleTicket node you can not expand further.

These two faults seem a bit bizarre. I have validated the file in another tool that does XSD validation, so I am not sure what the problem is.

Martin

Martin

after looking into the problem and do some experiment, we believe something
goes wrong with your two imported schema file which contains the definition
for 'IteratorResponse' definition that 'Response' element derived from. it
is very likely a namespace issue.
To allow us further dignose the problem, please send us the two imported
schema files XMLTroubleTicketSchema.xsd and XMLCommonSchema.xsd. we'll let
you know what the problem is after we recived the files.

thanks

song.
