regression bug:

The project root "folder" doesn't seem to be a drop target for project folders. I boo-boo'ed and moved a project folder attached to the root to another project folder - now I can't move it back. This behavior is new to B047 (I definitely dropped folders onto the root folder in the previous build - it was a convenient means of ordering folders)

You are correct, this is a regression bug (several things have been changed
and fixed in the project tree area in bl47, as you may have noticed).
It will be fixed in the next public update.

FYI,
this issue has been fixed in the bl47b package which is now available on:
http://download.exceloncorp.com/downloads/studio/iftw_update/stylus%20studio.htm

Being a minor update to a build, this won't trigger the automatic new
version check, but I thought I would let you to know.
